Who writes, who stays – Tamara Haagmans
Lisette: “Main character Caro is a successful writer, but under a pseudonym. After yet another bestseller, her publisher wants her to make herself known to the general public, but Caro has a good reason not to want that… Tamara Haagmans used to be hugely bullied herself and has used those emotions and experiences in her new novel Wie schrijft, die blijft.”
The Infinite series – Olga Ponjee
Lisette: “It’s four books, but really one big story full of spice and taboos, about trauma, sexual liberation and rainbow love of all shapes and sizes. That may sound a bit heavy-handed, but Olga has such a hilarious writing style that you fly through it. She makes her characters tackle heavy or difficult topics with a self-mockery that is second to none. Absolutely recommended! Start at Infinite 1 – Hazel’s Dream.”
